為了讓客人可以安心網上購物，Soulmate Club Official 提供2天退換貨品服務。
通過我們的網站銷售的產品均設<<換貨保證>>
如現存現貨許可,我們是可以接受換碼，換款及顏色 ,
若該貨品停產，則可換款或換色。
**注意所有預購 |清貨|買1送1 |内褲&收腹| 贈品全不設退貨換貨**
如因色差、線頭、壓痕為退換理由，恕無法根據品質問題為你換貨。部份商品由於生產工藝或面料處理手法,經水滌後會有少許掉色。在品質檢測標準範圍內的屬於正常，極少機會才會出現上述情況。掉色等品質問題恕不能換貨。
換貨政策
- 請Whatsapp (+ 5560 0081 ) 將換貨原因/ 訂單號碼, 客人姓名, 聯絡電話發給Soulmate Club Official 審批待批核回覆後連同貨品寄回。
- 每一個訂單內產品只換貨1次, 我們會於7-14天内安排重新發貨，來回[順豐快遞]郵費由顧客全支付承擔, 過了限期，絕不受理 。
換貨須知:
- 收到貨品後起計<<是否過2天>>.
- 貨品<<未拆黑色吊牌 /掛牌 >>
- 貨品<<完好無缺, 未曾使用穿著或清洗>>
- 貨品保留所有原有包裝<<寄回時必須用上膠墊托內衣柸>>
如貨品符合以上項目, 可以退回給 Soulmate Club Official,
缺少以上項目我們一概不會受理，會把貨品退回寄方，顧客可能需要承擔運費。

- SOULMATE CLUB OFFICIAL 將不會負責退貨遺失的費用。
- 請保留快遞單據, 收到退貨並確認貨品狀態符合換貨政策的要求後, 會立即辦理並發出確認WhatsApp 給客戶。
- Online Order :只接受換貨品，不設退款，敬請留意.
- 所有門市已試身之貨品, 不適用於換貨服務 , 貨物出門絕不退款

In order to allow customers to shop online with great experience, Soulmate Club Official provides a 2- days return and exchange service. Products sold through our website come with an <<Exchange Guarantee>>
If the existing stock permits, we can accept exchange of codes, styles and colors.
If the product is discontinued, it can be exchanged for a different model or color.
**Attention to all pre-orders | clearance | buy 1 get 1 free | underwear & tummy control | gifts ALL are non-returnable and exchangeable**
If color difference, lint, or indentation are the reasons for return or exchange, we will not be able to exchange the product for you based on quality issues. Due to the production process or fabric treatment, some products may fade slightly after washing. It is normal if it is within the quality inspection standard, and the above situation will only occur rarely. Products with quality issues such as color fading cannot be exchanged.
Exchange policy
- Please WhatsApp (+5560 0081) the reason for exchange/order number, customer name, contact number to Soulmate Club Official for approval The goods will be sent back together with the approval reply.
- Products are only exchanged once per order. We will arrange re-delivery within 7-14 days. The return [SF Express] postage is fully paid by the customer. After the deadline, it will not be accepted.
Exchange instructions:
- Whether 2 days have passed since receiving the goods.

If the goods meet the above requirements, they can be returned to Soulmate Club Official,
We will not accept items that lack the above items and will return the goods to the sender. Customers may need to bear the shipping costs.
Please note:
- SOULMATE CLUB OFFICIAL reserves the right to refuse exchanges
- SOULMATE CLUB OFFICIAL will not be responsible for the cost of lost returns.
- Please keep the express delivery documents. After receiving the return and confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the exchange policy, we will process it immediately and send a confirmation WhatsApp to the customer.
- Online Order : Only exchanges are accepted, no refunds are provided, please note.
- Products that have been tried on in all stores are not eligible for exchange service, and no refunds will be given after the goods are shipped out.
